Robert C. Nakasone is the retired Chief Executive Officer of NAK Enterprises, LLC, an investment and consulting company.
Nakasone currently advises several public and private companies. He is on the Board of Directors of Staples, Inc., Hormel Foods Corporation and Cottage Health System of Santa Barbara. He is also on the Claremont McKenna College Board of Trustees.
Prior to NAK Enterprises, Nakasone served as Chief Executive Officer of Toys“R”Us, Inc. (1998-1999). Other positions held with Toys“R”Us, Inc. include President and Chief Operating Officer from 1994 to 1998 and Vice Chairman and President of Worldwide Toy Stores from 1989 to 1994.
